What's going on with this chart?
1) Low temperatures and increasingly fertile cervical mucus in the follicular (pre-ovulatory) phase.
2) A sustained rise in temperatures confirm that ovulation occurred (1).
3) After ovulation, crankiness and sore breasts are observed, and the mystery of the achy boobs has been solved! It only happens during the luteal phase (2).
