By default Kindara starts a new cycle when Menstruation data is entered, however we realize that sometimes you need to manually start a cycle as well - so we have both options!
If you start a cycle on an incorrect day, tap the menstruation entry again to unselect it. That day will no longer be the first day of your cycle. If that's not working check out the tutorial video for different scenarios.
